  First experience with eagle motors automotive was the end of march I stopped in had my pick up truck and asked if they work on small box truck (vans) **** ***** cutaway the girl at the counter said I'll have to bring that truck in so mechanic could look at I went home jumped in the box truck and went back I needed to have a muffler installed the mechanic crawled under went in the office wrote an estimate for $150 and $400 for a muffler I asked if I could supply the muffler Online ****** muffler $240 he said If I supply the muffler then installation will go up to $200 I agreed a week later I dropped the truck off with muffler within 10 minutes he called my cell phone and said it would be $300 I already went there 3 times I said the heck with it do it,, recent problem 4/27 I had my 2008 ****** titan pick up truck at the garage that's been doing work for my vehicle for the past 10 years he replaced wheel bearing assembly tie rod end brake line muffler and tail pipe I supplied muffler and tail pipe so it was $1,000 he doesn't do state inspections he gets truck ready for it every two years I've had this truck 6 years so I take it to Eagle motors the mechanic ****** had the truck in the bay for awhile he failed the truck for inspections stating rear brake lines rotted we live in *********** that's rust most if not all vehicles in *********** have rust if it were rot they would be leaking then adds drag links not hooked up My mechanic would have seen that called me and it would have been fixed eagle motors like other shops create work they know you need an inspection and they have you at their mercy I came home and called a couple hours later spoke to the owner and explained to him that my truck didn't need to be failed with things aren't broken and I have vocal cancer and need my truck going have radiation treatments every day for 5 weeks and ** is going to suspend my registration on 5/4 he seemed very sympathetic and said he'd get to the bottom of the problem and call me back 3 hours later he had the girl at the desk call she asked if I wanted to drop my ****** off for the repairs that didn't have top be done of course I swear this is not a joke she said they would have to see the truck I said the mechanic was under it for 45 minutes 5 hours ago what could have changed in the 2 mile ride home she says I;ll you back she called back and says it will cost $800 and could be more once he starts I said front end parts cost $ 21 dollars and 3 brake lines they charge $115 an hour it doesn't take 5 hours for that work ,My elderly neighbor told me he had a leak in one of his brake lines eagle motors charged him $367,00 I'm 62 It seems this kid doesn't like seniors I know people that bring there vehicles for inspection if they pass the emissions he doesn't check anything else I don't expect anything from this this place doesn't care they'll still ***** people there is one brake line that is new but has a high pressure fitting they said ** doesn't allow them anymore
