  The contractor sold me a new asphalt driveway with 2.5-3.5" of asphalt after grading the driveway level and a gravel layer also level. Compacting both the gravel and the asphalt. Clean cut straight edges on both sides. A berm at the street end and saw cut to level with the street, all of which was not done. It has not been completed, The final layer has not been done. During the week of work the contractor tried to increase the price before it was done, demanded to see the cash funds and told me I had to give him $200 more or he wouldn't finish and if I didn't pay him he would leave it unfinished and or come back and rip it out. He's not responding to any of my calls or texts to fix and finish the work. It is horrible work, please see pictures. He broke my new hose and sprayer as well.   I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

   I dont know what else to do the work is so poor and needs to be redone and I do not have the funds to hire another company redo his work.

  Clinton Paving LLC.  *************************, Response to Complaint # ********.  ******************************* **** Clinton Av. *******, **** *****. **************** is not correct she is just trying to gain free work ************ start this from day 1 start of job telli5me that it's not dugout properly and how I should and what I should be doing Also her neighbor across the street *************************** put her up to all above context she filed in Complaint Saw cut, asphalt berm, ect. Was not included in the price and is not the contract agreement. Clinton Paving has proof pictures of depth of asphalt as agreement on said Clinton Paving contract . 2-2.5 is what Clinton Paving laid down for New Asphalt of Class I ******  on ************** Driveway she paided $3,300.as her budget could afford ************ stated. (Not $6,700). Clinton Paving explained what would  be done for her budget suggested price by ************. $6,700. Would gave what she is trying to get for FREE. saw cut, asphalt berm along with 3.5 inches of depth in asphalt.  She did not want and couldn't afford $6,700.this what ************ stated in time of coming to an contract agreement Clinton Paving LLC.  As far as Registration this is  properly called.  NOT a LICENSE  as *********** said . It's a ********* by ********************* Contractors registration and licensing board.
