    I went to get a car wash at BMC Car Wash in ********, ** back in May of this year and as I was driving into the car wash an employee knocked over a large metal sign onto my passenger-side front door, causing dozens of scratches. When I talked to the manger at the time I told him I would get it fixed by a professional and asked him if he could give me enough free car washes to cover the costs. He agreed. It cost me $169.95 and I have the receipt. The owner is never there and when I asked for his name and number, the manger would not give it to me and told me he would handle everything.About a week or two later, the manager gave me a gift card and said it was loaded with free car washes. When I went to use the gift card for the first time, another employee checked it and said it had $0 on it and wasnt even activated. When I questioned the manager about it, he lied and gave me excuses. All these months later and repeated attempts to get reimbursed or the free car washes and I still havent received anything.
