    Installed electric heat for an elderly home owner worst experience ever!!!! Electric heat is horrible doesnt provide sufficient heating . When the elderly homeowner expressed dissatisfaction with the heating system the response we have done all we could there is nothing more we can do . The electric bill is astronomical and she has poor heat she sits wrapped up in a blanket 24 /7 and has to sleep in the loving room because theres no heat in the bedroom for anyone reading this review dont convert to electric heat.the entire experience a nightmare including the installation . After the electric hot water tank installed there was no hot water because the contractor didnt turn on the hot water valve . I dont recommend this company or the clean heat program!!!!!

    ****************, PLEASE don't ever use them! I had to have them come out repeatedly to fix problems their install created, with their own products and causing extra work for my electricians. It was new construction, I had no idea a company could be so thoughtless, uncaring and sloppy in their work. Air filter doors were taped over and mounted VERTICALLY so WHEN the filter was removed hit the floor joist and only could come out a few inches. The heating units were not anchorded down and blew over after repeatedly asking them to anchor them down. When they finally came out to "fix" them they mounted the plates to the concrete but not the units to the plates, real idiots. I am an on the ball guy and if I had not been all over them it would have been much worse, I kept back money and thats the only reason i was able to get them to come back. Please dont ever use them, they just want to do fast crappy work and get their money. I feel sorry for anyone who is not technical enough to spot their many egrigious errors.
