      Rented from them last year, and although they were very late dropping off, didn't pick it up for 3 days and dont provide any confirmation, the inflatable was fun, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. They planned to come only 1 hour before the party, then called a couple hours before it to say theyd be very late 2 or 2:15, for a party at 2. No apology (owner blamed another customer), and when I asked about a discount, she said wait and see how late theyd be.By 2:45, they still hadnt arrived or called. I called again. Owner was SO RUDE, WILDLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked for an ETA, (at least another 20 minutes!) and she acted like I was unreasonable for being upset. She actually called me "entitled" and said that this wasn't their fault- it was because of their other "entitled" customers. I hung up.She called back and said she was canceling my order. I said that was not what I wanted - I have a party full of kids in bathing suits waiting for a water slide. She got rude again and hung up on me. Because I asked that they please deliver the service they promised. To little kids.I called back and asked her to please not cancel. I'm appalled by their service, but I still need the waterslide. First she said fine then she went on about rude customers again, and I said "Well, actually, you've been very rude. You just hung up on me." And she denied it! She went on again about how she was going to cancel me and hung up again.I called back again and said the same- please come. She would not let the conversation resolve. I don't care what else she said, I just needed the conversation to end with "Yeah, we'll be there. Bye." I ended that phone call with no idea whether they were coming or not.They didnt. I called afterwards and said I expect that they will refund our $100 deposit, and that obviously no parent at this party would do business with them again. She said, "I already did, and that's fine, because I put you on our do-not-rent list." As if.
