    I have used ****** services many times and have had nothing but positive, professional results! He is very quick to help diagnose the issue and will repair as soon as he can or parts arrive. Our issues have been from a broken toilet, to a replacement of the fire place, and awning lights. He has been wonderful to work with and I would like to thank him very much!!

    We are currently at a campground with our 2 small children. We have an emergency with our RV that needs immediate attention. We called around first thing this morning to leave messages for mobile repairs to call us back when they open. We called Ricks mobile repair and were faced with the rudest encounter! He first answered by saying good morning! My husband asked if this was a mobile repair service to confirm he was calling the right place . He says sir you do know its 20 of 7 in the morning. My husband replied. He was badgering my husband for calling so early asking if he looked up his hours online. We were just looking to get a jump start on our issue so we can enjoy the rest of our camping trip. It was his choice to answer the phone rather than forward it to voice mail. He was EXTREMELY rude and just for that I would not recommend using him!

    We started camping in 2019 and after a little mishap with some trees and our awning arm being damaged we were given ****'s number by a friend. That was the best thing ever because he was so super helpful and was right there to guide us in repairs and cost. We have since upgraded our camper and **** again came to the rescue when we had some issues with our hot water heater this spring. Made a call and he showed up and was able to fix the issue without hesitation. If you need a good, reliable, trustworthy person to work on your RV, **** is the man.
