Business did work for complainants son, daughter, and a parking lot. Customer loved his work. Son's house rained after the application, and a small area washed out, but he redid whole thing for free. Disputed price of the parking lot job. Claimed he said he was going to put asphalt. He doesn't do that. After is was done, she said she loved the work. Business also striped a few parking spots. Later claimed didn't paint concrete around pillars. Went back and did that. Many months later texted a picture complaining there were issues with the application, but could be someone spilled something, excess salt etc. Something ate through the paint, but no issues with the sealcoat. Has nothing to do with the work the business did. The customer also post dated the payment checks.

NON licensed or Non contracted person per State of RI  charged for service and the quality of the work was horrible. HE DID NOT RESTRIPE MY LOT. However within 3 months the prior lines were bleeding trough his watered down sealcoat job. He uses watered down material and the quality of his work is HORRIBLE and HE IS NOT LICENSED TO PROVIDE SERVICES IN ** per the ******************** who has issued him fines. I have told him every text that the work was below par and it needed to be corrected the PUBLIC needs to BEWARE of his work and watered down product. He is a disgrace to the industry. I had a well know paving company come out and they said his work is BELOW STANDARDS in the industry!!!

    Business Response

I'm responding about a bogus complaint ,complaint number ********. This is a case I should of followed my gut instinct. ******* was a problem from the start. I did 2 driveways which she said the price wasn't close to the agreed amount then post dated the check for several days. It rained and a very small area in the shade washed out I reached out to her telling her that the driveway might of washed out in a small area (22) but not to worry I will do the entire  driveway over for free. Everyone loved their driveways.

Now on to her parking lot. She came yelling saying I didn't wait for to start that morning which I never do. Then she said I was going to do an asphalt area which I personally don't due other contractors do that work for me and that's a separate job. Once again she tried saying the price was lower than the agreed amount and post dated the check again. She got mad I wouldn't sealcoat her concrete walkway. You don't sealcoat concrete areas like that.

I went above and beyond for someone who you will never satisfy. She states I watered down the material which I've never done in 16 years. This actually is my first complaint.  I did her parking with someone who's been in business over 25 years so that's 40 years of experience between us.  She called me screaming I didn't paint around her concrete polls which my guys know not to do unless told to. I went there 5 mins later and did what she wanted. She called me for over a month after asking all sorts of questions about construction issues. She asked me to quote another job which I out priced my myself so I would get the job.

Now again I did these jobs in September she texted me 7 or 8 months later saying my workmanship *****. ***** talks to me like I'm a pos. She tried ruining my reputation on social media but not one person agreed with her. I've done over a thousand jobs and never once have I had a complaint or have had someone talk to me the way this woman does. Someone could of spilled something in her parking area where she is complaining about. If she talks to other people the way she does to me maybe someone spilled something on purpose. I give every job 1000% I take pride I'm all my work. Never once have I ever tried taken advantage of someone or tried s******* someone over. Not Ever.

The work was done in October and he knows that. I told him I wanted to be present at the job which he did without me being there and left BEFORE I COULD THERE. I called to complain the same day and he came back out to hack it. WITHIN 3 MONTHS Prior WHITE lines were coming through the sealcoat I contacted him with pictures and he tried to blame something else. I had 2 well known people in the Profession come out and they said the sealcoat should have lasted 2 years and that he waters down his product. My sons driveway has the actual sealcoat peeling and a MESS! I called the ** contractors board and they said he was NOT A REGISTERED CONTRACTOR IN **  and they would fine him because he misrepresents the business with signage going under ***** Sealcoat. People need to be AWARE of his SCAM and quality of product. He REQUESTS A CHECKS BE MADE OUT TO HIS PERSONAL NAME AND NOT THE COMPANY NAME THAT HE HAS ON SIGNAGE. THAT PROVES HE IS DECEIFUL AND HIDING BEHIND A FAKE BUSINESS THAT IS NOT REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF **. HIS SHODDY PRACTICES AND FAKE BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE KNOW TO THE HONEST PERSON LOOKING FOR QUALITY WORK. YOU CAN VE**FY ALL THIS BY CALLING THE ** CONTRACTORS BOARD. HE IS A SCAMMER AND A LIAR!
