    *** was hired to complete work on my property and another neighbors for a one day job for July 3,2024 he failed to complete the work and promised to come back on July 5th . He came back on July 5th only complete partial work and he then said he and his workers would come back later that day to complete it , *** and his workers never came back and we had been waiting for him . *** only came back for a check and his workers never came back to complete the job .. We have a dog and *** left a pile of wood and stumps in our yard that could have injured our dog . *** left damages to our cement wall in two areas , he has been unable to be reached by phone or texts by my husband or myself , and my husband who has physical disability with his foot had to go outside and load the stumps into our wheel barrel and make several trips to remove them from our back yard . We placed a stop payment on the check given to *** because he has not completed the job he was hired for . Photos of damage to our wall are available on request . Very unsatisfied with this situation .

    I hired Yardstick Tree Svc on 9/23/2023 to remove a dead tree on my property, which they did. While removing, trunk of tree fell and struck the window on a newly installed shed I had just purchased. I was told that the company would order a new window from Tuff Shed and would come back to replace. I paid owner $800 same day for service, and I have yet to hear back from anybody. I have placed several phone calls and text messages to ******, but he continues to ignore my plee to replace my shed window. I would like my shed window replaced as promised ASAP.
