    I purchased a '17 hyundai tucson from greico hyundai in Oct '22. By Jan '23 the engine seized up. So I brought it back to the dealership to fix it. I finally got my tucson back in May '23. I was told that my warranty was getting a ****** mile extension for the rebuilt engine. Since then the engine has been performing ok but earlier in '24 the engine started making a shuddering noice & a bunch of smoke came out of the exhaust when excellerating. By July the shuddering & smoke increased. I started hearing a knocking noise, called the service depart, they said the earliest opening was 3 weeks away. So I took it to a local *************** informed me that car companies are shaving metal from the piston rings to save money, it's causing the pistons to malfunction. They told me to bring it back to the dealership to get it fixed. I limited my driving when i could. I was driving an errand for work. On the way back my car started to shake then stopped driving. I was able to get to the side of the highway & let the car rest. I was able to get it restarted & tried to excellerate the tucson would not go over 3000 rpm's & driving very slow. I was able to get to the closest exit to get off the highway & took side roads back to work. I called *********** manager who told me to bring the vehicle up. That was on 8/21/24 I gave them copies of the receipts for the oil changes. On 11/13/24 I received a text message from the service advisor telling me that the tucson will not be fixed. They said hyundai will not approve the vehicle to get fixed. They said my vehicle is not covered by the warranty extension. So I was sold a used vehicle that wasn't properly maintained & the dealership didn't properly perform a thorough inspection. they sold me the vehicle to get it off there hands & didn't take responsibility when they didn't fully fix the engine the first time around. Greico refuses to take responsibility or ownership they are stating it is Hyundai corp refuses to fix the vehicle.

    I leased a 2023 Hyundai last year from Grieco Hyundai they were all over me like flies on p*** once the papers were signed all you could hear is crickets.They don't call you they don't answer their phone you leave a messages and they do not call you back (Last message I left in the ************ (the gentleman name was ******* ) it is now 2:15 and no return call its as if this department does not exist or they are closed or on vacation no one ever answers their phone in the ****************** now again this was OPTIONAL Select Protection Plan that I had paid for. .It was underwritten by **************** and they told me to call Grieco and go thru the finance department to cancel this OPTIONAL Select Protection Plan and get a refund of the prorated Now over the years different dealers have done this same thing and you have to fight tooth and nail to get them to cancel it and even more when you try to get the refund check back.I just want someone from the finance **** to call me so I can take care of this please.

    I can honestly say that this was my worst experience with a car dealership Once I signed the paperwork I was forgotten about. Seriously, the day I picked up my car the salesman said he would come out and go over the audio settings. After *************************************************** "I totally forgot about you". The car I purchased was a 2020 and there were several problems with the car, some of them major. If I did manage to get a live person on the phone I was lied to and no one ever called me back. The only nice person was the girl who answered the service **** phone. I should have read the reviews before I set foot into that place. I purchased the car in August ******************************* $738 which I'm going to take up with the dealership and Hyundai Corporate since the 3 people that I spoke to, who promised to call me back and find a solution, never did, (***********, the supposed Head of Sales, and some random guy) I would recommend staying far away from this dealer.

    Horrible I was verbally abused by a service associate in the middle of the show room floor. I bought my vehicle there brand new! and serviced too for 2 years now. All new people in service and they are unprofessional to say the least. I guarantee if this same associate goes after someone else the way she went after me she will be the cause of a full blown fight on a sales floor. This dealership and service team has gone through a drastic change for the worse and I pitty anyone that tests this place out for themselves because your in for the worst experience of your life!

    10/20/2022 I bought my Hundai Santa Fe 2020 about the end of July, which I put 18 K down. the sales guy was great.,. he got sick had to have someone else finish the sale Unfortunately, I had to deal with MM who was nasty, fresh, and a liar. Oh, I am working on it, I will get it tomorrow. He says when I get the registration, I will fill your gas tank and get your car washed just bold-faced lies to me. Then I asked for the had enough, I called numerous times, and he was having my phone calls to directly to voice mail. I took 3 1/2 weeks to get my registration. Finally, I talked to the Mgr RC, and he took care of one thing. Well, I took my car and I looked at the windshield and all the windows. I said I better wash them. It was difficult to see with the sun shining (almost in 2 accidents) This is a safety issue, which I told them. Then I looked at the whole car, handles included. The car and all the windows have a film on it... I called and had to talk to the fresh MM and told him about the film, his response was getting a straight razor blade and take it off that way. The Mgr. stated when I reach **** time for an oil change and have his mechanics fix the whole car. Need special stuff for windows, something for the body and something for the chrome. At one point the Mgr. asked me if I wanted and just pay the difference, I said no. As of today 10/20/2022, 1:10 PM I have not heard a word from anyone, and my car needs an oil. I have never delt with a company like this. Rude, nothing is important to them. they had a young kid put on my plates Crooked, and two extra holes to put the plate on with such rude people. I am so upset that this is what I had to go through for a new car I truly like. Will never buy a car from them and if my friends ask me where I bought it, I will tell them don't do it !!!!! ****************
