    3/7/25 $249.99 ***** the owner, fixed my shattered sunroof glass. In the process he did not clean all of the broken glass out and left shards to get stuck in the tracks of the mechanism. Now the sunroof does not open/work at all. I returned to him on 3/18 for it to be fixed again. ***** stated he saw glass in the track with grease on it and would need assistance from another coworker to fix it. He stated I would need to come back and they will get to me ASAP. He has not and has blown me off for 2months. I would like to get the sunroof track cleaned up and fixed so it works again.

    I replaced the glass part of the sunroof with a used glass as requested by the customer.Sunroofs have two parts that detach from each other the glass part and the mechanical part ,i never worked on the mechanical part of the sunroof aside from vacuuming it , as it was brought in without being vacuumed. I explained to the customer that ******************** shards were likely stuck in the sunroof tracks thus causing her the current issue, the mechanical parts of sunroofs has lots of small components and small crevices that are impossible to completely vacuum out and i explained this to the customer i also explained to her that i have nothing to do with any mechanical part of the sunroof as i did not work on or replace. I offered to help her once i had another person available but under no obligation am i to do so as she opted to just replace the glass portion of her sunroof and not the entire sunroof.I do not warranty used glass like every other shop in the area furthermore i cannot warranty something i did not work on or replace like the mechanical part of her sunroof where she is currently having an issue.
