    05/16/2023 Went to there shop dropped off my pump to tech **** who then had ******** call me to inform me the price of $1650 to rebuild my pump at no point did they mention a new pump was around the same price. I give the green light they rebuild my pump it works for about a month and half then starts having major issues. I call the office about 5 days after the issues start on 09/05/23. **** informs me to bring pump in after he looks at it and decided all his work was fine that another part failed on air system and that he had seen in the the rebuild that one air piece needed to be replaced but this one didnt looks so bad so decided not to replace the second one. After he tells me this he ask to have some time to look at it then calls me a couple hours later and says the part he decided not to replace in the rebuild failed. I asked him if there are any away to get new part and replace just that he informed me its not worth it I should just buy a new pump although all his work was in perfect working order. They proceeded to charge me $250 dollars to look at my pump. I looked at the paper work and it clearly says pumps not replaced or repaired have a $125 dollar charge. I didnt not have it replaced or repaired because he said it wasnt worth it. Then he offers me a used pump or a new one and if I bought it that day they would save me the $250 unfortunately I couldnt not afford a new pump so they charged me. The paper work clearly says $125 not $250. Also when I spoken the the ******** on the pricing she forwarded me to a manager who said the same thing if I bought a new pump he would take the $250 off the price. This seems off. The manager said he would speak to **** the tech and get back to me and still hasnt 09/19/23. When I repaired the pump **** assured it would work fine and told me I had a 90 day warranty and now no one can help me so Im out $1882 and stuck with a pump that doesnt work within the 90 period. I feel scammed
