    This company is not dependable. We have been with them for a long time in which they have been making money from us. We recently had people change positions within our organization. Our copier went down and when we called for service they suspended our account due to over due invoices. This on the surface is reasonable. But they never notified us as to any past due invoices and the person was handling the invoices that they had on record has left the company. Unaware the invoices had fallen into an abyss we assumed the were on auto pay. Well that turned out to be not the case. This company NEVER once reached out to us to let us know the invoices were not being paid as we could have easily resolved that issue. Not 1 call. It wasn't until we reached out for help that we were made aware of this. They have disrupted our business and could care less. The machine is a vital part of our daily operations and they sit back and do nothing. They have collected fees from us for nearly 6 years never once had we paid late, hardly ever calling for service. Yet the one time we do they stick up their middle finger at us. Stay away from them.
