    They informed me I owe them 300 from three bills from Jan 2022, Oct 2022 and Dec 2022. It has been 23 months and now two years later they threaten me disconnection!? I have asked several times for invoicing they have not sent it to me. Also service is great in the beginning of the month and horrible at the end of the month. Service goes out on holidays due to high demand. We have just ordered Starlink hoping for no more issues.

    TowerStream has been horrific since they purchased Freedom Broadband. Unfortunately we live in a location where we can only get internet from this company or satellite. We have been down for 3 out of the last 4 weekends, and several mid week outages. I work remote 75% of the time and this has affected my work to the point where I have to go to the library. I have called and opened tickets, which I get no response. When I call back, they have no record of be having called. In addition, I have asked to be escalated or to talk to customer service or a manager repeatedly only to be told that there is no one for me to talk to. This service is deplorable, not to mention expensive.
