      Communication was awesome. Any issues or questions that we had we never had to wait long for a response or call to assist us. Really seemed like ****** and staff with there with us through the whole process and made closing on our house simple and stress free. Very thankful for the hard work and professionalism we received during this process.

      ***************************** answered every question I had. She was very courteous, cordial, friendly, and professional throughout the process. Her very quick responses to my emails or text messages were impressive and she didn't mind explaining processes to me. I appreciate her patience, diligence, and great-natured spirit. The way she handled my loan and spoke to me made me feel I could trust her expertise, and she never let me down. I also appreciated how she focused on what Embrace has to offer and why choosing to refinance my home loan with Embrace would benefit me. She never bad-mouthed any other company to make Embrace seem better than them. She very clearly described how Embrace processes loans and how the company treats clients. She impressed me because she never stooped to conquer. Other companies tried that (bad-mouthing others) tactic and spent less time telling me what their company can do that would be beneficial to me. ********* remained consistent. And, she taught me the process along the way. There were no drastic changes like with other companies that tried to convince me to drop the loan process with Embrace. *********** integrity stood out to me because of her honesty and dedication to excellent customer service. I had a GREAT experience with ***************************** and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a home loan.

      I was constantly kept in the loop re the status of my refi request. All with whom I dealt made me feel as if I were their only client; they went the extra mile to accommodate me and clearly explain the process. This was the very best financial experience I've ever had. I would certainly highly recommend Embrace to anyone who needs this kind of service.
