      I brought my car to Tire Pro on 10/22 for a routine oil change, like I had done many times before due to mileage since my last change. I brought my car in for my appointment at 8am following my overnight shift. They were finished with my car around 9am. After leaving the facility, I made it 2 miles down the road heading home before my gas *************** light came on my dashboard. My car then began to hesitate when I would try to use the gas, at that time my car stalled out and I was left on the side of the road having to call AAA. I called Tire Pro and let them know what had happened and that I would need to have my car towed back to the shop for them to figure out what had happened. After over an hour of review I was pulled into the back office with the store manager, **** to discuss my car. After review, it was determined that one of the mechanics made a costly mistake during the oil change. It was not done correctly, the oil leaked and seized my engine. A 2020 car and an engine with only ****** miles on it, in good condition and no outstanding problems. This incident is was not resolved until they were able to find me a new engine of equal or lesser mileage. There was a lot of back and forth needed between myself and the regional manager, **** in order for this to be resolved. I was finally able to get my car back 11/6. Overall, this incident was very disappointing and an inconvenience while I was trying to get a routine oil change on my car. I would not recommend this company as it has recently been bought out, and seems to be too busy for them to take careful consideration for each car appointment.
