The crew arrived and completed two rooves in one day.Excellent communication and attention to detail. Everyone involved had a good attitude, which is something that is rare, these days. Good, old-fashioned hard work and a quality job....don't waste your time trying other roofing services....Thank you **** and crew.....

BUCCI BUCCI BUCCI , What can I say ? I couldnt be more happier with the professionalism Bucci Roofing has showed us . **** was not only the lead singer in his band , he was the lead singer on my roof . The quality of the roof is fantastic on the ************** and the crew didnt leave 1 scrap in my yard . I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof replacement. I don't do reviews. That's what I told Bucci Roofing. I've done less than a handful ever. I need to be impressed beyond reasonable expectations to even think about it. But Bucci Roofing is a standout among my few exceptions. They were prompt in coming out to view my roof. They were respectful, knew their business, and quickly gave me a level of comfort I almost never get. They took just a few days to assess what I needed and submitted their bid. It was clear, specific, thorough and reasonable. When I accepted their bid, they gave me a target date AND STUCK TO IT. They showed up on the promised date, did what they committed to, completed ahead of target, and cleaned up before leaving like no one had been here. This is my seventh house in six states, and not my first roof. They impressed me with their knowledge, ethic, and genuine "niceness". My plan is for this to be my last home. No more moving. And this roof will outlive me by decades. Great job, guys!Bucci Roofing, LLC

I am a senior citizen and always a little skeptical about businesses coming by my home selling their wares boy am I glad I took the time to listen. I spoke with **** and *** and after checking out their references and the BBB I was very impressed with their 5 star review, all great testimonials and no complaints. I invited **** and *** into my home and started the process of contacting my insurance company relative to filing a claim for wind damage. I cannot say enough about my experience with ****, *** and Bucci Roofing. The whole process was transparent, they were professional, efficient and just great down to earth people. Great people to work with. Also, the staff that actually installed my new roof were awesome. The new roof was completed in a day and a half, the crew was professional and friendly. I never thought my yard would be back to its original state lol but the job right down to the clean-up was excellent. **** came to my house personally and met with me and explained everything extremely thoroughly. He was there for almost an hour explaining to me the ins and outs and was very personable, we enjoyed a great conversation afterwards. **** was by far the most professional contractor i had met with and I met with several! **** was the only contractor I met who went up into my attic to access damage and explain to me what needed to be done because of this. Some contractors didnt meet with me or see the house at all and sent digital quotes of a house they had never been to. ****'s crew came and finished the roof in one day on a house that completely needed plywood. The materials were dropped off the day before and the dumpster as well. There was no signs that they had even been there! They use very large magnets to pick up any stray nails and they sweep up and left the place in better shape then when they arrived. **** even took the time to notice my bathroom vent wasnt vented to the roof and fixed it. **** communicated promptly and effectively and I would recomend him to any and everyone who needs work done!Bucci Roofing, LLC

Hey ****!Thank you for writing such a detailed review!Were here for you, your family and friends if you need us in the future!How about the cherry on top?***** wife had a 4' wide x the width of the front of the house area to plant and she did the day before we arrived. Instead of digging them up again I suggested she cover them with 5 gallon Lowes buckets and secure them with something heavy. We had the crew drape their black protective cover over the chain link fence. They were able to slide the shingles coming down from 2 stories over the buckets and onto the sidewalk ***** limited space)*No plants were harmed during the stripping and re roofing process!Review fromDennis L

Bucci Roofing LLC recently installed a new roof on our home and I cannot say enough how much of a pleasure it was dealing with the owner **** Bucci. **** was tremendous with helping me deal with our insurance company since we experienced roof damage from a severe hail storm last summer. After meeting **** for the first time, he came to our home twice more, once to meet the insurance adjuster and the other time to meet the independent engineering firm that the insurance company hired. Being a former insurance adjuster, **** was instrumental by dealing directly with the insurance adjuster on-site and giving me advice on dealing with and communicating with the engineering firm. Once the claim was approved, the entire process from coordinating an installation date to suit our schedule, dropping off the dumpster, delivery of material, picking the color shingle to ordering and installing four skylights was absolutely seamless. The dumpster and material were there for no more than a day or two before the job started. **** went above and beyond the installation process exceeding the local building codes, never once cutting corners or skimping on material. His crew did our 2500 S/F colonial house, a 20 x 24 great room addition plus a tool shed all in one day. The clean-up process was impeccable. My wife was away for the entire day and returned to a new roof with no trace of anyone being there. It was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I are both retired senior citizens and we hear so many horror stories of home improvement contractors taking advantage of the elderly. Dealing with **** was such a pleasure not having to worry about being taken advantage of. No games, no gimmicks, absolutely no hassles whatsoever. Just pure honesty and integrity from **** and Bucci Roofing LLC. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of using Bucci roofing to replace our garage roof after storm damage. **** and **** were a joy to work with; they were friendly, knowledgeable and committed to completing the job in a timely and efficient manner. They also spent extra time negotiating with our insurance company in order to ensure complete coverage for the damages and communicating any issues with us.The new roof looks fantastic! These folks had a tree hit their garage. They wanted to handle the claim, but knew that with our experience and staff adjuster **** that it would be wise to let us handle it from the ground up.
We did and the process went smooth.
For anyone reading this review and response, consider having Bucci Roofing LLC handle your wind, hail or tree damage claim. Homeowners who try to handle the claims process themselves often find that they quickly get in over their heads and end up taking what their given instead of negotiating to be made whole again. For example: I'm not an auto mechanic. Would it be wise for me to try rebuilding my engine without experience doing so? Probably not...
