      My room was not ready at arrival. The hotel stunk like astringent chemical cleaner. The tub stopper that was left in the room did not fit the tub. It took 90 minutes for someone to replace it. Later we discovered that the jets on the whirlpool tub were not functional. This was advertised as an amenity of the room. I reported this to the front desk, they made no attempt to resolve the problem during my 3 night stay On February 23, a manager, called me and offered to refund one night of my stay (approximately $107.62). This refund never processed to my account. I called on April 2. The manager was unwilling to speak with me, but I was assured that my refund had been approved that day. I was assured that a cash refund would be processed within 7 - 10 business days. Having not received the promised refund, I called a again on May 2. Once again, the manager was unwilling to speak with me. A representative told me that I was refunded in the form of "1500 rewards points" - this amounts to roughly a 20% discount on one night, nothing close to the refund I was promised. I have no Wyndham rewards account, no means to access these alleged points.The hotel now insists they have no capacity to issue the refund that I was not only promised, but told was in transit to my account. The Go-Koala disclosure found on the listing states "property maintenance is overseen and controlled by the resort, therefore any issues regarding property maintenance or unit upkeep fall within their responsibility to rectify." The property has refused to rectify this situation as promised. Link to listing with disclosure (a screenshot of the disclosure has been uploaded). ****************************
