    On February 18th of ***** I dropped off my car for a car detailed service at the location provided at 9 am. The detail took them 8 hours to finish, I called the place multiple time during the day to check on my car but the phones was never picked up. on their website is stated that they were open until 7 pm, but it was until 5pm and I could not pick my car up at that time. they left it outside for me to pick it up later that night, and then as soon as i get into my car and turn it on my car's radio screen is completely white, no display is shown on the screen. I tried to reset it myself, even unplugged the battery to try to reset it again, and nothing worked, the screen was damaged. the every next day I came back to the place, no manager around at the time but one of the employees told me to come back on Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. I came back on Tuesday February 21st to speak with the "manager" and discussed about the damaged screen, as he stated " take it to an audio shop and let me know how much it costs" and then we exchanged phone number for contact. The very next day I went to get an estimate and brought it back to them. they did not get back to me in a week and a half. I came back again to the car wash, and no manager was around at the time. Their employees refused to call him so I could speak with him, one of them finally agrees after a while and calls him, then I spoke with him on the phone and tells me to come back another time. I came back during the same week and he was not there again, so I ask the employees to get me the owner and they completely refused to do so. I called the place, but they never answered the calls so I came back another time with the screen repair estimate from the audio shop that he personally told me to get and bring it back to him, I gave it to him and then that I was going to be contacted later that day to sort this issue out. The manager never got back to me and blocked my number so I could not reach out to him anymore. I tried to call the place using their number on the website but that phone number is never picked up by anyone nor an answer machine. Then I came back to the car wash a couple more times to speak with him or the owner, and finally met the owner. This time I spoke with the owner and told him about the issue and his answer was very negative against the situation, and basically told me that he is not paying for the damage because they did not do it. After a while of discussing the issue, he tells me to take my vehicle to an audio shop of his reference to get the car screen checked out, so I do it. I got and estimate from the place of his preference on March 23rd and then brought back the estimate back to the car wash. It has been almost 2 months and no actions have been taken about this matter. I have been back and forth to that car wash for almost two months trying to resolve this matter, but until this day I have not been contacted once nor I had a concrete answer every time I go back to the car wash.
