    Date of transaction: 5/22/24 $20 deposit for lash appointment on 5/24/24.Amount: $20Business was supposed to provide lash appointment. Lash tech texted and stated she would be 15 late for my appointment because she was handling another client. I let her know if i could get a discount because on her website it states if I Were late i would have to pay. Lash tech. Did not answer so i decided to leave. ****************************************************************************************************************** time and if i could have my refund. She refuses to give me my $20 deposit for her being late to my appointment where i had to cancel because of waste of time. - money was sent through cashapp. Already wasted time and gas traveling. - *********************************************************************************************** second floor, second to last suite.

    Hi, this is ********, pool owner of business uniquely lashed the complaint. Number is ********. My former client complains of not receiving her non refundable deposit back. It is stated in a written policy on my website that the deposit is a non refundable. The *** I explained to her that The deposit is non refundable to ensure that times where clients cancel. Last minute, I get some sort of payment as this is how I make my money, this is how I make a living. She she came she booked an appointment. I was running 15 min late and I explained that to her. I offered this. She asked for a discount when I offered her the discount, I said That is fine because I have money behind I wanted a policy and offer a discount, I did not text back for 10 min, about 10 min, because I was finishing the client ahead of her, I did not want to go over the 15 min that I told her I would be late and she decided to leave after we had already established that I would give her a discount for my running late and she left and she canceled her appointment 10 min into the appointment already, so her claim was at 130, it was 141, and she left the building, so she still had a standing appointment and She decided to leave, so which hence why her deposit was not given back 20 dollar deposit and not a non refundable deposit. Like I said, like it is written when she booked, I do have photo evidence that the policy was there when she did book has not been changed since and yeah, that is my side of the story. Thank you.

Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    i did not get my $20 refund that this unlicensed business failed to give back when she was late past the time of our appointment. Below is a screenshot of the case.
