      I had a procedure done back in January of 2024. When the bill arrived I called to setup a payment plan through the office. The following month I got a bill stating I hadn't paid the full bill. I called back reminding them I had a payment plan they helped me setup. I was told the situation was resolved. Now, in December, I have a notification a collection agency has been called because they still don't recognize the payment plan they setup for me. I have called 4 times to resolve this and get a runaround where no one will help or return calls. I can't tell if this is incompetence or a scam on their end. In any event, it is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
