    I placed an order of jewelry with Marys Wholesale Jewelry on January 5th, 2024. The total amount after membership discounts was $529.72. Orders are shipped out 3-4 days later, however lately last couple of orders have taken over 2 months. This particular order I am putting a claim has on has not been sent to me. This month in June I called the company and spoke to ***** who is the one who has been taking care of my orders. He keeps telling me he is going to send my order in a couple of days. I wait but no order. I sent him a message to please give me a refund since I have had to look for other sources to stock my store. ***** said he would ask his secretary to give me a refund and he would send me a receipt, but no refund at all. Transaction Date: January 5th, 2024 Amount of transaction: $529.72 My order supposed to contain: 204 pieces of assorted brand jewelry.Nature of dispute: no jewelry has been sent: it is over 6 months now.The company has not shown to want to resolve this issue. I want a refund.

    This particular customer did in fact order on January 5th, 2024. However, we assumed she had received her order as we did not hear anything from her for many months. The first time i heard from her was May 8th, 2024- 5 months later! We would be happy to reship her order, but unfortunately due to the fact that she did not reach out within our 7 day term for a refund which is written on our website, policy says there will be no refund. With that being said, we like to keep our customers happiness as a top priority for our company and will absolutely resend her the order she claims has not been received. We hope this miscommunication will not affect future business together.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    Dear **************** have included text conversations that state differently of this situation. I  called ***** on March 8, 2024 to ask about my January 5th order. That prompted him to text letting me know he was at a drs appt., that he would pack my order over weekend, ship on Monday, and send me a tracking number. The reason why I didnt reach out to him earlier is because he had explained to me that he was having problems with employees or didnt have employees to pack the merchandise. I didnt want to pressure him so I waited. Also, there is no tracking number to match the merchandise he supposedly thought I received. In a text conversation on May 8, 2024, I asked him if he could just return my money since my order had not been expedited. He answered that he was sorry about delay. So ***** knows and is aware that he has not sent me my order. He offers to send my order as 2nd air or he can refund my card (whichever I prefer). He goes on to say that shippers he hired were terrible and training new ones. He said he would pack order himself. He admits that he knows I been waiting a long time. He said he would have bookeeper email me refund transaction, and again he admits I have been waiting a long time. I have been very patient with this company, and at the same time Ive had to look for other sources to meet my customers demands. I too, have a business to run and seems he didnt care to fulfill my order. I placed order, paid for order, waited for tracking and order. No tracking number. No merchandise.


    I could not include text conversation (October 20, 2023) with ***** about a prior order I placed two months before. No answer, no email, no text. This is just to show you that I have been having trouble with orders being shipped in the stated time of maryswholesalejewelry.com page. I was being patient with ***** because of the problems he was having with employees. 
    Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
