  Scumm house flipper trying to rip off potential buyers with false claims about the property he owns and listed for sale. Overpriced, unhabitable, unsafe, dwelling.

  Horrible company. Do your research. They are not only buying apartments to unprofessionally rent and rip people off. They are buying houses and flipping them too. Anyone who vouches for them saying they do "great work" are lying and trying to woo you into a buy. Don't do it. They fix everything with paint and concrete. Just trying to hide all the damage and fill their pockets quick. Negative stars

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. If I could show you what my previous apartment looked like, I would. The ceiling sun the kitchen have severe water damage, and they painted over it. (According to the neighbors that are still living in these apartments.) I not once had them come and fix the water coming down into my living room from the second floor. Needed a new water heater, and they only keep completing orders without fixing everything. The stairs on the side of the apartment building are going to tear half the house apart because ********* are pulling away from the house itself. Not to mention, they left 3 children and 2 adults without a place to live with refusing to fix anything. They never answer their phones, and they dont fix anything at all.

  This company is so bad, ***************** do not answer phones . It is impossible to even REACH your "actual" landlord , everything is messaged 3rd person .They do not GIVE 1 SH** ABOUT YOU. My place had rats, which was reported and they never did anything about it but lie and say and they sent pest control. I had to get a cat.In their property in ********* **, they had kids that were fighting me and other people in other units. We had the police their twice over them, was assaulted, and the answer was..***************** accidentally forwarded his email stating he was going to send ME a termination notice. Why because I reported every single problem because I'm used to landlords that actually care? Unbelievable.They had bought the apartment as an investment and then changed the rent date, told NOBODY, and one day 4 of us had notices of payment or eviction.Even with assaults, they wouldn't do anything to intervene or help or do anything. This place is terrible,The landlord I have, his name is ********************* .

  TMC is an AWFUL company to deal with. My mother was recently renting from TMC she is Elderly and on a fixed income. While renting they never did anything to upkeep the apartment. Complete slum lords. She was always on time paying her rent while living there except for 1 time due to having unforeseen financial issue that month. she was about 2 weeks late. We gathered up the money and went to make a payment but they disabled the app and wouldn't allow us too. Next thing you know she has an eviction notice and a court date. She went with the money in hand and was responsible for all court cost due to this. She has since moved out after living there for about 2 years. We gave 30 day notice and cleaned the apartment making it look better than it did before she moved in. They are now refusing to give her back her security deposit claiming that she didn't give a 30 day notice. I saw this coming just from their character and how they have been treating her up to this point. Be very careful dealing with this company. How they treated my mother was very unfair. Who treats the elderly this way!!!!!!

  TMC Keywest LLC is full of nothing but slumlords. They gladly take your money, but put you down and say that everything broken in your place of living is your fault even if the problems were present BEFORE you moved in.Then when you present them with facts and proof of their insolence, they just evict you with zero cause. They're in the pockets of the government is the only reason they get away with this consistently.NEVER RENT FROM ANY PLACE OWNED BY THEM, YOU WILL SEVERELY REGRET IT!
