    I bought a new house and unfortunately needed Orkin to assist with mice control and a termite inspection. ******* did come at the assigned time for the mice appt but The termite inspector, no-showed, for his appt on 11/2 (10-2pm). I called in days later and complained about this. The secretary stated that was unacceptable and she would reach out to the inspector to question this. He immediately called me and claimed that I was never on his schedule as he was off the entire week. He then stated that since ******* was coming out again that Wednesday (11/6/24), he would come at 2pm and do the assessment. He no-showed again! I reached out to his cell and he said he couldn't make it and would come out that Friday. He no-showed again. I called Orkin and informed them to TERMINATE my membership as I am extremely unhappy and to remove my credit card off my file. She stated that I would need to give 30 days notice before canceling. I became very upset and said "Oh, you want *********************************************** notice and I wasted my time waiting for him 3 days!" She didn't respond to this and stated that before we proceed with canceling, someone would call me that day to discuss this further. I NEVER received a call from ANYONE from Orkin. They are extremely disrespectful. My credit card is still on file and I tried to remove it myself through the portal but it wouldn't allow me. They claim that they will not rest until the customer is happy but it is all BullS***.
