    Hired company to remodel two upstairs bathrooms. The work contracted for included some demo, tiling of floors and showers in bathrooms, placement of new vanities,, plumbing for sinks and showers, putting toilets back in place,, and adding some additional lighting. Contract also included additional venting work in my attic for fans in the bathrooms. I later learned that all venting work was left unfinished as can be evidenced by photos submitted.

    Client was supposed to reach out to our company to schedule a time to fix/finish venting of a bathroom fan. We never received any messages or calls or emails from the client. During construction we also had trouble contacting client during entire construction as she could not get through to our phone system. This phone contact problem was never resolved but we were also never contacted through any other means of communication to our knowledge.     **** of Cirka Floors was contacted via phone about the venting problem and told me he would be back in touch with me to rectify the problem . I never heard from him, and am convinced that he has blocked me from contacting him. I have called several times to no avail and also left a.message. He and I never had a message problem for the duration of the project until the last week. I reached him by chance about the venting problem. 

    At this point, I would like to be reimbursed for the venting charges that I paid him for. As the photos show, he did not complete the work yet charged me $1600.00 for it. I think this is the fairest resolution to the problem as I have hired another company to correct the problem.
