    We're new to the area and ***** was recommended by another **** professional who said, "you can't do better than *****". We agree and feel very lucky to know *****! His business is everything you'd hope for: responsive, reliable, trustworthy, fair, and considerate. After moving in to our house, we got a number of estimates on a heat pump project. *****' was the clearest and most practical of all and he explained our options in detail. We postponed the project but were delighted that ***** was available to help us with our existing HVAC system. When our heater wasn't working on a cold night, he did an after hours service call to fix it, and took the time to explain the problem in a way that I could understand it - wow! Beyond impressed and super grateful!
