    So I went to hilltop to rent a room the first room 116 and the room hadnt been cleaned or beds havent been changed same sheets and blankets and pillow cases over flowing trash in the room and outside the room there was a pile of cat littler on the floor no clean towels toilet paper wash clothes or anything tv kept shutting off on us while watching it they charged me about 130.00-150.00 total for a trashed room then told us we would have to clean the room didnt offer to take anything off for telling us to clean it. When I refused he then said he had another room that we can move to so we moved to another room that room was just as bad then proceeded to charge me another ***** because he said that we was checked in to early so I proceeded to ask for a refund he told us he doesnt do refunds so with that being said I slept with my clothes on and wouldnt use the shower or anything because of the condition of the rooms. We had no fridge and no microwave to cook anything and when we asked to get one for our room we were told we were harassing them this is the most discussing place and Im pleasant place Ive been to is not ran propererly at all our stay was on our stay there was on 3-14-2023

    Here is regarding to response for customer complaint received note on April ****** the guy name was ******************************* he came to stay for the two days in hilltop inn motel on march,14th,23 at 9'oam clock and we rent the room for two days 3/14/23 and 3/15/23 they paid with credit card.

    we given room no;16 but they need room with 2beds. so we transfer them in to room no; 121 with 2 beds the room was clean and nice with all facility  microwave and refrigirater if they have any problem in the room they need to check out on next day but they stayed two days and check out on 16th there four no Question's for any refund please note
