      Terrible loan servicers. I would suggest you never use them. They give you the run around like its nobody's business. All i wanted to do was see the remaning balance on my loan and had to call 3 different people and set up a new bank account. Really scummy. They also charge you a $5 convenience fee to pay for your loan, doesn't seem like that should be allowed since i pay weekly i'm paying them over $200 a year in fees. Please shop around before using this bank you will regret it.

      This is the worst place to have any business with.Avoid them at all cost, theyll Find weird charges to make you feel like you really owe them something.Im so infuriated with them that I want to go to the extent where I can get a lawyer and get them to figure out if they are playing people wrong.Scam is the right word.

      They are scammers trying to steal money through fraudulent means. I had a car loan that the dealer issued through them. When I received the first bill I paid it off in full. Then I continued to receive bills saying I owed hundredths of extra dollars on a $0 balance. So then I paid off the remained over the phone and they sent me another bill saying that I owed daily interest that was not calculated as part of the total balance when I made the phone payment. I now had to see a lawyer because of the fraud they commit.Don't Use Them they are scammers!!!!!!!!!
