      ENCORE is our sole vendor for a facility in ************. The acquired City Fire fire protection. They came recently and said we need new pull Stations and update a fire panel software. However, when staff utilize the equipment it works fine, and when ********* was the sole vendor the system worked fine. Encore asked for $1800 dollars to remedy the equipment which was paid but then they said it still does not work. It appears to be extra charges to obtain more money. The sales person never returns your calls. No one from the company can explain the "issues", which I believe are to up charge customers.

      Encore supposedly performed a five year fire inspection of our church property and then issued quotes for over $30,000 of repairs that were proven to be unnecessary by a fireman in our congregation who provided video evidence to that effect. After providing this evidence to Encore and making numerous requests for a proper re-inspection, that were promised but never performed, we told Encore that we would not be paying their $3,200 bill. We were told this would be investigated by billing representatives and other representatives told us this would be corrected in their system. However, this dispute has been ongoing for close to a year including collections notices and threats to report us to our local Fire ********. We have responded to most if not all contacts and notified Encore that we would be forced to report them to the BBB if they persisted. We received yet another invoice yesterday dated May 29, 2025 that is attached.
