    This is a family business with a great history of serving the community for decades. I wish they would include more information about past generation of the family and the roles they played in the business. I am sure the collective good they have done far out weights any mix up with a fuel delivery. ***** ******* Supply ***********

    If negative infinity was an option to click, I would choose it for this company. Earlier this week I called to schedule a delivery. The secretary told me someone will come on Thursday or Friday. No one came on Thursday. We called on Friday to see if someone was coming. The secretary told us that someone will be there ASAP. WOW! We waited a little over an hour and called back. Secretary informed us that if no one came by 5:30p to call her and she will figure out a plan for us. We called exactly at 5:30pm and she said that she is going to see what happened and someone will call us back. Received a call at 5:40pm from a gentleman *** asking whats going on. It was explained that we were promised a delivery since the prior day and no one came. *** states he can come tomorrow to put 10 gallons just to hold us until Monday. *** was informed that I didnt think I could wait that long. *** asked for me to send a picture of meter to see how much oil was left, so I did. I am now on empty. *** called me back at 6:49pm to tell me I will be charged an after hour fee and he will come the following day, in the afternoon, unsure what time. I questioned the after hours fee. He stated that he received the call after hour. I informed him that We didnt call after hour. We called earlier in the day and was told to call back at 5:30pm. We followed directions. Landry Martin is not trustworthy and reliable. I informed *** to come and put his 10 gallons and prime the tank. After that, remove me as a customer. Seeing that we didnt think ********************************************* was going to stick to their original promise of a delivery before the weekend, we had already started calling other oil companies to see if they can assist and come out today. Thankfully, we found another company, ready to prime the tank and deliver the amount Landry was supposed to.
