    Had a job done a few years ago and thought it was all OK until this year where I needed to use a bucket under one of my walls and could actually hear and see leakage. We'd had issues before but never like this. To this day I still don't know whether it's a 'boot' or exhaust vent, the seal, or the non-fireplace chimney and I can't get up there because I'm disabled. I've also had plumbing problems but it was stated by the Owner that what was causing it might be a gap somewhere on the edge of the roof, but I don't know if he even had a ladder with him or if he went up. None of the water fixtures in this room are even in use anymore and are turned off Not sure what's going on here but fast foward to now and it's looking like the owner no longer answers calls or texts, and he did say he'd come back to look at something. After a bunch of personal excuses which were actually valid and him pushing it forward he eventually stopped getting back to us altogether and that's where I'm left now. This was months ago. I'm now left wondering what to do as the interior has water damage (possibly even from years ago - we inherited the property) and whether the issue at hand has anything to do with the actual strength of the whole roof. When he briefly stopped by he said he may need to replace a seal or that there was an issue with the wind, but I honestly don't ******* idea where it's really coming from. Couldn't get a solid answer and he said he'd return to check or fix so I really have no idea what I'm up against now. I thought this would have been taken care of when we had the roof done a few years back but who knows. Leakage has never been as bad as it is now and I worrt every time it rains
