    I made a mistake in a $175 order that left me with a large batch of cardstocks that I paid $1 per sheet to obtain. I called and a supervisor returned my call the next day. Under no obligation, they provided a partial refund and made me a happy customer.

    Paid almost 320$ for 300 sheets of 130lb cardstock, white that was offered on the website. They sent me 2, of the 3 100 packs of paper, because they "oversold" what they had in stock, but willingly took the money out of my account for a week before refunding. Wanted me to go thru a process of signing an agreement that they had refunded me said amount, ect. THEN! When the 2 packs arrive, they are the wrong color. ****, I guess the owner, was a huge ***** and told me pretty much to get lost and it was out of his control, even though after my claim, they have sense made changes to the listing to make it say its NOT THE ***** IN THE PICTURE LISTED ON THE WEBSITE! So, all in all, I paid 300+ to have to turn around and $58.20 to ship them back for a refund. Absolutely AVOID this company. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
