    We purchased the Golden Pup for my mother who has dementia and is in *********** in Sept 2024 and it quit working in less than 4 months. We paid a total of $161.62 for from this company on ******. It should last a lot longer than that for that price! My mother loves it and misses it. We would like to receive a replacement and are happy to send back the broken one. I have contacted this company 3x by email and once by phone. They do not respond.

    I placed an order on July 9, 2024 with Ageless Innovations LLC for a companion pet cat - Tuxedo type. I paid $170.74. Product arrived on time but was not fully functional. Does not perform as advertised. I contacted the company via email as they instructed but have not heard back. I reached out to all possible email addresses provided but no one responds. I tried for the month of July and nothing. There is a phone number to call but they are quick to say do not leave a message for issues please see our website. Very disappointed in how they treat their customers who received a damaged product - it is unusable. I simply want to return the product for a full refund.

    Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to **************** complaint, and for the work you do to protect consumers around the country.

    The consumer contacted us by email on 7/16 and stated that she wanted a refund/return for the purchase that she made on JoyforAll.com because it does not fit my needs.  For your reference, the stated return policy on our website related to returns is:

    Return Policy
    We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return most items sold by joyforall.com within 60 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund. Items that are not permitted to be replaced or returned are described below under Ineligible Returns/Replacements.
    Ineligible Returns/Replacements
    We cannot accept for return or replacement any item that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged. If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a refund. (Please return the entire set if you are requesting an eligible refund or replacement.)

    We are happy to make exceptions to delight our customers, irrespective of what the policy states.  A customer care representative replied to the consumer the following day, 7/17, asking for her to return the product for us to evaluate.  A prepaid label was also sent to facilitate the return.

    The consumer reached out again on 7/18 again, with a second inquiry, this time stating that I believe the product is defective as it does not perform as indicated.  The customer care replied on 7/23 with the same email that she sent on 7/17.

    Ive attached screenshots from our customer care database system of each contact for your reference and documentation, as well as the return label (which was never used).

    We would have happily refunded the consumer had she responded to our correspondence, but perhaps there was some technology issue that was preventing her from receiving the return instructions.

    We issued a credit for her today, also attached, even though we didnt receive the product back, as is our policy.  If you speak with her, please express our apologies that there was a miscommunication.  We suggest that she donate the pet to a local senior community center if she doesnt want it.

    Sat 10/28/2023 4:59 PM We purchased a Freckled Pup on Saturday April 8, 2023 through Amazon for Our Precious Autistic Granddaughter for her 25th birthday on Sunday April 16, 2023. She absolutely adores her Freckled Pup Princess. From the moment Our Precious Granddaughter ******* **** named **** and Amazing Freckled Pup Princess met they have been together side by side 24/7. Kiss absolutely ??????s cherishes her Freckled Pup. Princess ***** Kiss' makes her feel less stressed brings bright smiles to her Beautiful Face. But off and on for about a week Our Kiss has noticed that her Amazing Princess is different she is movements were jerky,she started making strange noise as she tried to open her mouth and/or move her head up/down and/or side to side. Our Precious Kiss changed *************************** as she has done at least once before. Expecting everything to be working again when the new C batteries. Our Precious Granddaughter Kiss is HEARTBROKEN that changing all four of the old C batteries with all new four C batteries has not helped at all. Her beloved Freckled Pup Precious Princess is now moving less...she's still barking but movements are pretty much gone. Only head moves side to side. Her Freckled Pup is only 6months 12days opened out of the box and sharing life with her human ****.     I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. There has been no response at all from Ageless Innovations we are at a loss about this company. Our Precious Granddaughter is struggling with her ******* Pup Joy For ALL interaction support puppy. It is heartbreaking she has had her Princess ******** Pup for just over 6mos. Being Autistic she doesn't understand how they say one thing and then don't respond.
