      Nerf pro gel fire ghost is a false advertisement gun it is clearly marked on the box saying it will fire extreme distance but does not fire over 5 feet I think this should be a recall gun its terrible

      I went to the website Hasbro pulse and when I submitted my order it said order could not be completed. So I tried the order again. I was sent two of the item paid shipping for both. When I called customer service they told me there was nothing they could do. They couldn't refund me for my shipping and they couldn't pay to have it shipped back. They said that the order went through and I got an email. Why would I even check my email if the order said it didn't go through. The customer service representative was very condescending acting as if I did this on purpose. Why would I want to go through this trouble and pay double for something I only wanted one of. I didn't wait to return it. I did it as soon as I got it. But they won't pay for the return shipping or for the shipping I paid on the item I didn't want. **************** representative would not let me speak to a supervisor and kept telling me that it was my issue that it went through and I should have checked my email. Once again. Why would I check my email if the page clearly says the order cannot be completed. ****** customer service I've ever had.

      Poor to customers!Product Defects: They don't replace or reply to complaints.Distribution:Im sick of Hasbro not just selling the fans the products and playing games with distribution. I'm thinking of stopping my transformers collection because of this. Hard to find exclusives like Cosmos are bad enough. But Unicron on Hasbro plus only to pull it away from me again! Unicron is the final straw for me. This puts such a bad taste in my mouth.

      What an aboslute garbage company to lay off **** workers at Christmas. I hope the **Suite officers enjoy their end of year bonuses. I hope the shareholders enjoy the tiny temproary boost to profits. Because here comes the nose dive. Consumers are not amused. I'm a D&D player and an MGT payer . . . or was. Not anymore. I used to spend a significant amount of money on these IPs. To the tune of THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS A YEAR. Not anymore. I won't purchase anything that is even adjacent to Hasbro's stench until they rehire the **** employees and terminate all **Suite officers and Vice President's and the entire ***** of ********* resigns in disgrace. Enjoy the nerd rage cause we are going to tank your profits. Cheers, Scumbags!

      Dear Hasbro Im distraught at how your business partners Scopely isnt very responsive to customer complaints I dont know how long disputes take to sort but timing should be a priority when you have time rewards at stake and people who have violated there players agreements upon downloads

      This company literally hired mercenaries to raid someones house because they sent the wrong package. Why would you allow a company like this to continue to stay afloat. This is a threat to the security of every day Americans. I shouldnt have to fear the pinkertons coming to my house after I order magic the gathering cards.

      I bought the legacy voyager class armada starscream figure this past Wednesday. After opening the package the figure had two right arms. I notified hasbro via email about the discrepancy and see if they can mail me a replacement left arm since the figure had two right arms. No response.

      First time playing Mousetrap. Absolutely a piece of c*** So cheaply made. None of the parts lined up. The trap continuously falls, the ball doesn't go where it's suppose to. The kids and adults got so frustrated. NO FUN.. How dare you charge for this. GARBAGE!!!
