    In the last year I have brought my ***** Malibu to rays more then 10 times to have items fixed that they keep fixing that arent fixed and can cause me an accident or worse kill someone! Most recently iv had it go in 4 times for my break lights that I paid over $600 for ***************** arent working again! The second time I brought them they said it was a manufacturer mistake but I dont believe them any longer & Im completely frustrated & angry! I cant afford to keep paying for the same items to be fixed on my vehicle that they are not fixing! Now 4 times for the same issue is EXTREMELY STRANGE! & now tomorrow will be the 5th time going for the same issue! I have all receipts for all the work they have done, I have even had many issues with the dashboard lights they said they fixed & didnt! A few other issues that iv paid for in the last year, my vehicle has gone into rays this year alone more than 12 times! It makes me so angry that they are taking advantage of me, Im a hard working class man & cant afford to keep having them not fix the issue when iv paid more then 2/3 times for it over! I dont know where to go or who to contact but I NEED HELP!! PLEASE!! & thank you!

    Good afternoon,
    Indeed we have had this vehicle in several times for different issues with the vehicle. As far as the brake switch problem goes the customer has paid $175 in total for that repair as we have warrantied the part twice. Unfortunately when we test the vehicle before it leaves everything is working as it should. The customer has called but cancelled appointments several times. We have gotten a switch from dealer to hopefully remedy this problem. If the customer would like their $175 back and go somewhere else that is also fine with us.
