    Their technician misdiagnosed my inverter issue and stated I needed a new inverter, which is $4K, not counting install. I placed the order with them, but then that same night I replaced a maxi-fuse that was blown and it fixed the issue. I called them the next morning to cancel the order and was told no problem, Ill get a full refund. However, 10 minutes later I get a call back stating that there is a 20% restocking feeeven though I was never informed of this. I asked to speak to **************** and guess what, the entire management team has been on vacation for a month, out of the country, and will not return my call. Oh, and to top it off, they ordered the inverter off Amazon for $2K, and I there is no mention of a restocking fee. Save yourself the hassle and money!
