    It took 10 weeks to replace a convertible top. At week 6,I was told it was done. I paid $80 for an **** and when I arrived, it was ******* week 10, I was told it was done. I paid again for an ****. It was not done. I took the car to another shop to get it done. The owner, ***** is very deceitful.

    I had a horrible experience with this company.I sent my truck to have the back of my seat welded because I thought it was broken.They had my truck for five days and did not call **** called them each day and they did not return my call.When I finally got in touch with them they told me that they had to order a part.Well, They ordered a whole new seat from the junkyard and did not inform me of that. I picked it up after 6 days and dropped it off to my mechanic to get inspected.He informed me that the seatbelt sensor failed for inspection of my truck.I called Franks and they told me to code it out, but the code did not work.What happened was they put a junkyard whole seat in my truck.Finally, they told me that the repair would be ******, They said it was ****** and they charged my credit card 620.00.I would NEVER use this company again.If you read this PLEASE RUM AWAY do not drop you car off to be reapaired there.My mechanic had to buy another seat because it was cheaper than buying a new sensor.Now I have to contact my credit card firm and get my money back.The whole thing is a pain in the A**
