    On November 26, 2024 I hired Atlantic Reglaze to paint a brand new white pedestal sink matte black. They assured me it was matte black , not glossy black as I asked this several times. The sink was returned to me on November 30, 2024, and it was glossy black, not matte black as I was assured. I want my $475.00 returned to me. I was told the owner would contact me , but he or she never did. I have to pay someone else to fix it now. They keep telling me it is going to turn dull in time!! I am not stupid.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint and I dont think I ever will. They have their money and dont care if I recommend them or not. I am so disappointed in their response to you and to myself. Thank you for trying.

    I hired this company to Reglaze my tub. When I came home and inspected the work there was 3 small areas starting to peel. I contacted the company and requested a touch up and they told me that they will not warranty it and I would have to pay for them to touch it up. No one touched the tub prior to my inspection and I would like this issue resolved asap before it gets any worse. I was willing to deal with the poor caulking that was done and the mess that they left in my bathroom but their service was not good at all once there was a problem. I asked the company not to cash my check until resolved and will reach out to my bank in the morning. I was not home at the time of completion and left a check on the counter for them to take when they left. Im not happy with the finished product.

    Response to complaint #******** filed by *************************; Each client receives a guarantee letter stating what type of damage is covered. Since the client contacted us to report the problem, we asked for a photo so that we could determine whether the damage caused had been caused by the client or whether it was our reglaze that was lifting on its own; upon reviewing the photo, it was clear that the damage was the result of the user's actions, we let the customer know that this was not covered by our warranty and that they would have to pay a repair fee, but that this should be confirmed with a visit from a technician to the property and check for damage to the tub; We let the client know the next available date but it was not possible to confirm an appointment, since he refused to schedule, we gave a waiting time and when a cancellation was made, we scheduled for him on Saturday, July 08, 2023, a technician was sent which determined that the bathtub surface was user-caused damage. Follow
    ing that, he was informed that he must pay a $75.00 fee. We are still waiting to confirm an appointment to have the repair made.
