Browning Associates is an outstanding career development partner. ******* and the team always took the time to understand my needs and how to execute best to be successful! Browning helped me build my network by offering many techniques I hadn't previously thought of. They also provided great advice during the interview process. My project manager's perspective was always spot-on and has resulted in my latest executive job offer!

************ well spent!! I thought I knew how to network and job search after being in sales for 30 years - I did not. The professionals I worked with at Browning did a fabulous job of teaching & guiding me through every aspect of the job search process. I can't say enough great things about all the people that I worked with at Browning. They kept me motivated and really listened to my needs and were always there for me. My job offer happened almost exactly as they said it would through the networking process. Additionally, the guided me through the job counter offer process and help me get a substantial increase in my salary with a few simple steps.They have periodically reached out to see how I am doing also also continue to send me excellent networking opportunities.Browning Associates

I started with Browning in January of 2020, just prior to COVID. The leadership and guidance through my transition of a 30+ year career with one company to my next gigs has been nothing short of a life changing experience. Yes, all the things that you would expect, support in setup and management of my Linked In profile, an updated and relevant CV, Cover letters, interview training, verbal ********* sessions and other has been wonderful, however, it is the constant drum beat and training on how to network that I will cherish the most. *** 'thank you' to my coach and mentor ******************************* who I will cherish for years to come!Browning Associates

While working with Browning I was fortunate to work with ************************* through his **************** curriculum (and more) as part of my interview preparation. ****** is a great asset to anyone looking to sharpen their verbal communication skills. Not only has he developed a very logical, well thought-out and thorough curriculum, he takes the time to get to know his clients and tailors his lessons to suit each ones particular strengths and needs. He also connects with each client on a personal level he is genuinely kind and caring and we have become friends during our time spent together. Hes always willing to go the extra mile to help his clients succeed; on more than one occasion he has given his time during late evenings and on weekends to make sure I was prepared. I started with Browning Associates a while back as my first problem was whether I wanted to change and if yes, what do I want to do next. *****, a Browning person assigned to me, was very helpful in forcing me to think both strategically and tactically. He also patiently heard my complaints about my current work and forced me to think as to what I want to do about it. Sometime you need a listener as one knows the solutions to ones problems but just can't focus on execution. When I finally had my vision and direction clear, I found a job based on my contacts, which is after all the best way to find a senior position. Browning associates' team helped me with the thought process, the profile building, the positioning and most of all, helping me execute on a process to find the job that would make me happy. I'd recommend them for sure!Browning Associates

I was not sure what to expect when I decided to try ****************************************** But I can tell you it was the best decision I could have made. Browning sticks by you throughout the whole process. I have the utmost respect for their whole team. I worked closely with *****. ***** is an outstanding career development partner.
