    Ok I made a order from these scammers!!! On the 3/31/25 and they said on the **** they will do a candle burning service a group one ok I was waiting tell the 8. The scammers never got back to me or email me at all I see they stop my email from getting there notification too wow!! They scam me out of 22$ and I want it back now!! Or else fake frauds need to be in jail that means they doing a lot of ppl like that too! Then stoping there email notification like they did me they got mad cuz I told them like it is they poor @s and they got fake reviews and testimonies I can't believe it and they talk like they the real deal but not!! That means there scamming a lot of ppl

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They are scamming people out of money big time I'm try to get help to remove there website fast they show fake pictures

    I am writing in response to a recent complaint submitted by ******** [Last Name, if you have it] regarding a service report for a candle petition she participated in.



    Upon receiving notice of the complaint, I immediately reached out to the client and re-sent the report for the ******************* Additionally, the report had been delivered to her client portal, and our system shows that it was opened and accessed. She was also refunded. 



    I take great pride in my work and consistently go above and beyond for my clients. I have been in business for over 15 years, providing services with integrity and care, and this is the first complaint I have ever received.



    I value my clients and their satisfaction deeply and have done everything possible to ensure that ******** received the service she purchased.
