  We hired Starr Event Creations to create a balloon arch for our daughters baby shower to be held on August 6th 2023.I had been emailing - ***** (unsure if that is a real name) for a few months up until a week prior to the event, when I stopped receiving email responses.We venmo'd them $200 and when we went to venmo the balance on August 4th, the venmo account was inactive. I then googled this company name and saw on Yelp that it was a scam company. Wish I had known before. All I want is my $200 back which was paid by our aunt. I have the email chain with all info and pricing, etc.I did also sign a contract.I listed **************************, however the address online is ***************************, which does not exist.   I received a call from this person ******** ( if that's her real name, voicemail etc says different) on August 6, 2023 early morning before 8am. She gave 5 different excuses on why the event is more than likely getting postponed and asked how a refund would be received. I explained numerous times the contract she signed states only a credit is given over a period of time. Please reference contract she supplied that she signed. She got very angry and threatened me, my property, my business and even my children! I apologized to her but explained what contract details. I said if the event does still happen I would obviously still fullfil my portion, but she never contacted me to inform me event was still happening, she only contacted me in harrassing ways. I have been receiving constant harassment from her and her family on social media and prank threatening calls. 

  She also fails to state our email exchanges only stop because she called me as she said email wasnt giving here enough description of centerpieces and what they would be like, we only talked after that by via telephone call. 

  Her venmo statement is also very untrue that she tried to pay the remainder of balance on 8/4 as contract states remaining balance is paid upon arrival and set up. Again this is part of the contract she signed. 

  I planned to fulfill my contract agreement with her she canceled and was upset she couldn't get a full a refund only a credit applied to a future event etc per contract agreement. I still plan to fulfill that credit deal as well. But filing a false claim and threatening me is not okay and unacceptable!
