      UNFI -****** is a joke. They hire people to be fired, and when this happens, the President spends 3 min giving termination letters without explanation. She doesn't have to explain. This place must be reported to MOL asap.Besides that what a waste of money. The management should know better, that every employee costs money. Just to observe how many people went in, and out speaks about the company. Gossip, stabbing back, and favoritism kill the culture.

      After clocking g back from breaks and lunches the travel time to your next pick is added on top of your break time thus a 10 minute break can count as a 17 minute break if it takes 7 minutes to your next pick. Very similarly if you take a 30 minute lunch the same time is counted as 37 and shortening your lunch to match the break time won't flag if it comes out to equal the alloted lunch period.

      Worked for unfi for 1 yr and 4 months the management is not trained at ************* facility. Very poorly managed. HR at this plant is the biggest joke of all. Save yourself a chapter in your life you dont need. I got fired yesterday cause my supervisor wasnt doing attendance properly and when they fired her they saw this and penalized the employees by correcting and taking all their points. How did we know she wasnt managing properly??? This was my livelihood. Think HR cares ??? nope they missed it all for months.Supervisors at this plant are even disgusted with how poorly managed the plant is. as long as product gets out all that matters at Unfi and cleaning at the plant is pitiful. Listeria has to be everywhere in this place they dont scrub floors proper and never clean the walls, posts or doors.Its a revolving door of employees and many smell like marajuana and get on machinery. Place is worst place I ever worked. Glad its over!

      UNFI produce in ******** ** is THE worst produce distributor I have ever dealt with.Late trucks, lack of variety, consistently horrible quality and tons of mispicks!No matter how much feedback or complaints you give them, nothing ever changes. FOR YEARS !!!Stay away from UNFI!!!!

      Horrible place to work. They only hire to fire, place is infested with bugs and mice. People who work there also have some bugs going around too. Place is disgusting. A lot of people leave due to higher **** Nobody does their job HR is useless. Their policies change with every new Operations Manager that walks through the door. Nothing in the handbook is accurate anymore

      Horrible! Being a vendor, they have charged me more in fees than the actual amount of dollars of their purchase orders and now they have hired a lawyer to collect the fees and they never paid the amount owed to me and just keep charging. The last one was for over $9,000. in UNFI fees. Being a very small business with only 4 products, I tried to negotiate as long as all the charges would stop and they said no, charges will continue. I am nearly 70 years old and feel like I have been ripped off. Beware any store or small vendor

      Lack of communication!! tried to open an account with Unfi to buy products for my market, but very unprofessional, it took almost a month for someone to finally call or email me after so many times I tried to reach them. Very disappointing. Will take our business elsewhere.

      I have place 3 orders with Honest Green, the child company of UNFI.The first two orders had numerous items missing. I have been fighting with them for over a year and they still did not provide a refund for the missing items.
