      ****** was a extremely helpful, meaning to say, he answered all of my questions which included providing me with some basic information on how the heat pump works, what its needs are in order to work efficiently and what kind of maintenance is required in order to keep the device in optimum working condition. He kept me apprised of the results of his troubleshooting efforts and when he did everything that could be done he explained next steps. He is an excellent technician. His work and interaction with me, the customer, gave a very positive impression of your company.

      Had a boiler installed by them and ***** worked correctly since install. Since install, expansion tank failed, blown fuse on control panel died and zone valve failed. Company ONLY cares about whether you buy oil from them. I in good faith reached out with no heat in my home and was told someone would get back to me in a short time to see what they could do only to blow me off...again as "***" says cause i dont buy oil from them. Horrible experience, horrible customer service and ZERO compassion for a customer that trusted them and their service. I will be failing complaints with the attorney generals office as well as stopping payment on any outstanding balances.
