    Power was out 10am-2:30pm after that the heat was not working I called this company and a tech reached out. Tech told me to wait a couple of hours of heat doesnt work to call back. 2am the house reaches 59degrees I called the company and another tech didnt call me until 2:45am. This tech was rude and came up with every excuse to not come out. States I cant find you in our system, to I dont know what Im walking into. To then stating send me pictures and I will call you back to see if its something I can do. Never received a call back refused to come out. I called again this time complaining and no call was made until 8:30 this morning its 9degrees out and no heat in the house for the customer *** to tell me they are busy and I have to wait until after 4pm for service. In addition telling me I have to pay after hours. This service is unprofessional and no one should be up all night waiting on poor service to be told to wait until after 4pm the next day.
