    My dad passed Jan 11th. I live in **** so it took me a few days to get everything together to go retrieve his ashes. I got to town Jan 22nd. I am handed my dads ashes and a bag of his belongings. I asked if the death certificates were In what I was given. I was told yes.I leave and go to my hotel and pack and leave town. I texted him later that day told him I didnt have them. He told me to stop by the next day. I told him I had left town. I have texted, emailed asked for my money back only for the death certificates only and I have been getting the run around. I was sent an email late Jan from **** telling ***** to mail them. This was Jan 29th. I waited a week and asked for an update February 7th was told they were mailed. February 19th I sent another email asking for my money back for the death certificates or for them to be sent. I received a text saying they cant control the mail and that they sent them out Jan 22nd. I told them that is not what I have been told and they have not responded. That was Feb 21st. I am so upset because this is already a difficult situation and I specifically asked it they were in with my dad and was told yes. I dont want anything free I just want to get what I paid for.
