      Date of transaction with ****'s Movers - 9/16/22 Amount of money paid: $362.84, after receiving a written invoice on 9/15 (after paying the deposit) stating the total due bill was $188.99..****'s Movers agreed to pick up a stove from my residence and deliver it to another residence. Nothing else was requested of the movers. The nature of the dispute: I was overcharged $273.85. Included in the final bill was a charge of $49.99 to hook up the stove in the residence where the stove was delivered. Neither myself or the person delivered the stove asked to have the stove hooked up nor was the person delivered the stove made aware of the price of the hookup. I have left a message on their business phone as well as e-mailing them to let them know of the problem and I have not received a call back or an e-mail. Invoice order number: ****** The reason for my complaint is because of the company's deceptive practices. I would like to receive the difference between the total price due provided to me in writing and the final bill, which includes the unrequested and uninformed fee for hook up.

      Order was placed to PICK-UP & DROP-OFF a stove. Once at DROP-OFF location a request was made to TAKE OUT old & Connect NEW stove. Customer was charged ACCORDINGLY
