    Terrible customer service. 2 rugs costing over 4k total were purchased and after a 9 month delivery delay (covid related was the excuse), we received the rugs and then were installed. Then almost immediately spots on the cream colored rugs started to appear. We contacted customer service repeatedly and they came out said it was something that can happen with wool rugs and that was it! Never was this explained to us that this was a risk and no offers to help! Now 4k in the hole and we threw these rugs out and have to start all over again! Never will we deal with Rustigian again as they were unhelpful and we were never told that this could happen! Actually due to the shipping delay, we are suspicious that these rugs sat in a shipping crate for a long time and these spots are actually mold! Hence we wont even donate them for fear of hurting others!
