    Requested withdrawal morning of Dec 2. Now a week later, withdrawal still pending. Have contacted support 2 times and was told they have escalated the case to operations. Still the withdrawal has not been paid out.

    I made a withdrawal request of $1000 to my debit card on November 29th and was told my withdrawal would be processed within 3- 5 business days and the fifth business day of Friday, December 6th passed without my withdrawal being processed.

    I signed up for *********. Additional verification was required. I sent a copy of id and water bill. After a few days my account was verified. I received an email my account was good to go and I could deposit and start using Bally Bet to place bets. I made a deposit and within 2 minutes was kicked out of the App with a message stating my account was closed. This was minutes after receiving the email my account was good to go and I had been verified. I reached out via chat almost a dozen times with no resolution. Directed to email support. When receiving responses from support they did not address my issues or questions. Support seemed as if it was a bad AI response requesting additional info and/or not addressing my concern. I havent received an email back in a few days. Going on 2nd week with no resolution or update on account status. At this point I dont know if additional verification is needed, if my account is under review or what is going on. I made a deposit and would like to use the app. Unable to have a real conversation to receive a resolution. Chat directs to email, email doesnt address question and states to chat.

    They have not deposited my money into my account still. When I tried to contact email support they blocked my message.

    Made a deposit on Friday for $500 I live in ********, somehow they showed up on my App Store even though I could not ******. On their sports book app within my state. Of course I try to withdraw via ach and it does not work, from there I deposited 10$ through my debit card and tried to withdraw again, it said it worked then a few hours later it was unsuccessful. I will need you guys to give me my money back and approve this transaction immediately or I will just have to dispute the charge through my bank. The funds are just sitting there, customer support is not even real, they dont respond to emails and just blatantly take your money but when you withdraw they never give it back, if my dispute is not granted I will take legal action, Im not gonna have you guys make me run in circles like everyone else. This is straight up scamming and this company needs to be taken down as fast as possible.

    I downloaded their gambling app on the app store because I saw a promotion that said bet $25 get $150 in bonus bets. In the advertisements I was shown there was no fine print or other rules regarding the promotion. After completing the promotion I was not awarded any promotions. I was able to find the fine print after digging through their website online then completed another $25 bet to get promotion. Still, I was awarded no promotional bets after. Looking for customer service, they do not advertise any phone number I can talk to at their company. I had to go through their email which they respond to very slowly. They refused to offer me any promotions after waiting to hear back from them for quite some time. I feel as though I have been intentionally mislead, defrauded, and left out to dry with no one to resolve my complaints with at their company. Very disappointed with how they conduct their gambling app compared to similar companies.

    The patron failed to meet the qualifying criteria to claim the welcome bonus - this because he staked his first bet at odds below the minimum required.

    It is worth noting that we had addressed the query and informed the patron accordingly on at an earlier time. The patron has since responded claiming that a friend of his managed to claim the offer even after not meeting the requirements and we have now replied to the player reiterating the decision on this front.

    ********* still has yet to pay out my withdrawal of $1,300, which was made five days ago. This is beyond their advertised two business day window, and I have contacted them over three times only to be told its being reviewed with their operations team. This is a predatory practice and not unique to myself, as you can see from all the other reviews. Every other regulated sportsbook is able to have timely withdrawals. This company needs to be investigated.

    I made a $15 deposit to bally's online casino to play however funds did not show up in my account but was taken out of my bank account I contacted support via chat and got nowhere they told me it's an ongoing issue ...that's it I asked for a refund still do not see it this is wire fraud

    I won on a bet.I withdrawal my winnings to my *******4 days later it says withdrawal ********* balance is still 0 and who knows why it failed.I use the same ****** to deposit funds with no problem.Cant get ahold of anyone.The chat takes forever.This app and company *****.I think this company is a bunch of scammers and I have reported them to the commison.

    This patrons withdrawal failed due to a recent ****** failed withdrawal issue we had experienced. We can confirm however, that a withdrawal was then requested to the VIP Preferred (ACH) account and the funds were successfully paid on 15th November 2024

    Please note that there was also a delay in responding to the emails received, this due to the known email backlog on CS side, for which we apologize. 

    The account has been closed as per his request.  We have responded on the thread confirming the same and informing him of the above.

    I deposited $35 and for the past 2 months. I've not been able to pull off my money. I've spent over 30 hours in their live chat. So that's the only way to talk to anyone and have received no Refund only a ticket would be made to resolve my issue. But my issue was never resolved. I have sent out 6 separate emails throughout this time period and have yet to receive a response. Yet I received four responses On my app reviews in their app store And no answer was given Regarding a resolution

    This patron had made an out of state deposit, which is why he was unable to initiate a withdrawal.

    The deposits totaling $35 were however refunded to the originating payment sources on 13th November 2024 and the patron was informed via email. The delay in attending to the query sooner stemmed from the known backlog CS are currently experiencing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
