    I tried to withdraw my winnings off of ballys . they refused to let me . They wanted me to verify my identity and bank statement. I sent them my id a picture of me next to it bank statements and bank information. They still havent responded, also they suspended my account. I was hoping you guys could help resolve this problem .

    Im trying to withdrawal my winnings of my Bally account, They told me to verify my banking information & send photos of ******* id . Also they had me summit a bank statement which I did . They stop responding to me so Im reaching out to you guys hoping you can help me resolve this problem

    I uploaded money to Bally i placed a bet and won when i tried to withdraw my winnings i had won fairly, they closed my account without giving me my money requesting i verify myself. I sent all necessary documents the same day they suspended my account 5/18/24 and they have still failed to reopen my account or allow me to withdraw my money. They are scamming people!

    The patron provided some of what was required, but we are still awaiting some outstanding items. The withdrawal has been processed in the meantime, however the account will remain suspended pending receipt of her source of income and statements requested.

    Since May 13th, 2024, I had placed ****** with this company using the online sports betting ********** have not paid my winnings of up to 12k at this current moment. They have also caused my bank account that I used to ask me for the proof of my winnings but since they closed my account, I cant show my bank account my winnings. I have verified myself multiple times showing its me and all I do is win my winnings and then re bet the money I won. Not sure why they just want pay me my winnings. This is gettin ridiculous.I just want my money.I NEED MY MONEY!!!

    I Started The App On May 10th , I Won A Total Of $4,358.86 . Ive sent in every document that they asked me for . I havent received not one withdrawal . They suspended my account without paying me out .

    I placed a bet on Bally bet sports betting app on May 17, 2024 for $3,000 for a potential payout of $20,624.06. My bet won and I went to withdraw $20,000. The withdrawal was pending for about 3 to 4 days until my account was closed. I was told to submit documents like pay stubs, bank statements, and I also sent my W-2. This was done Monday May 27, 2024. I would like for them to speed the process up because it shouldnt take a week to look over documents. I had the same issue happen with chime sent over my W-2 and explanation my account was cleared in under 2 business days. I submitted the documents the same day I submitted the documents to Bally bet sports betting app. And Im pretty sure chime is much bigger when it comes to customer count. I feel like Bally bet is dragging their feet and they need to hurry up and pay me my winnings of $20,000 that I won fair and square.

    I began using Bally when they first launched in ******* in November. I began using it more heavily in May. Since I started using Bally sports betting app in May it has been downhill. They stopped paying out my winnings and started cancelling my withdraws for no reason. I reached out to figure out why and there was no answer. A week later I received an email stating that ***** needed my ID and bank statements. The banking institutions I am using dont offer bank statements; Venmo for example. I provided proof of deposit with my account information showing its my account and deposit from said accounts were made to Bally. I provided my drivers license as well. ***** responded and said I am approved and verified. Throughout the next week they continued to block my withdraws and not allow me to get my money off of their app. Now they are claiming to need more information including a pdf statement despite me not being able to get a statement from my banking institution. I believe this company is attempting to steal my money as they have already filed bankruptcy and the deadline for the decision is approaching. I just speak my winnings and wish to know longer so business with this shady operation.

    This a betting/gambling app. I won $2300 on there fairly, once I came to withdrawal they then emailed me to verify my bank information. Then I had to send my photo ID. A selfie with me holding my id in my hand and also my bank statements. I sent everything they asked even screenshots of personal bank info including my debit card. Everything matches up from my address to my name. After everything was sent numerous times they then suspended my account without reason. I still havent gotten my withdrawal or anything. No other sports betting app has ever given me this problem *** never used this app before and this was my first time attempting to make a withdrawal. So now my account is suspended while I have $2300 sitting on it.

    I made an online account with Bally ********************** and deposited over 2k on the site and gambled with it. I won 4k and withdrew it. I then got an email stating my account was closed due to they needed to verify my identity and the card I used and so on. I sent them all the required documents many times and finally after almost 2 weeks they finally unlocked my account. So I tried to withdraw my money again but they wont let me add or change card info so I could only withdraw to bank using vip preferred. Was a week and I got another email saying withdraw failed. So I called bio preferred and they said nothing was wrong on there end. I called Bally for like the 100th time and either on hold an hour then it hangs up or I do get someone and they just said to try it again so will have to be an other week or who knows how long. It has been almost a month now trying to get my money.

    The patron was unable to withdraw via VIP Preferred due to him attempting to use an account under a different. Our Gaming Finance team advised that he'll need to withdraw back to the card ending in 9809.

    His current account balance is $4,000.09 so the funds still on his account.He'll just need to use the card withdrawal method to receive his funds. He was emailed in regard to this. See attachment.
