      In August of 2023, I was charged on my MasterCard by THE PLUMBER COMPANY an over charge of $4750. The ************ project was for $9500. I have a signed estimate and a paid invoice by the Plumber Company for $9500. THE PLUMBER Company charged me three times; totaling $14,250. I gave them my card number over the phone. They told me they could not do anything about it. They do not respond to my phone call, emails or texts. Owner of the Plumber company is *****************

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The Plumber Company, owner *******************, over-charged my credit card $4750. I have an estimate and a paid invoice that states the job to install a household boiler was $9500. Yet he charged my credit card for $14250. He will not return phone calls, or reimburse me. I am currently working with the Attorney General.

      On Friday, May 12, 2023, I called The Plumber Company to descale the boiler for an annual routine service and to check my AC. I was not having any problems with the boiler. During the service appointment, the technician, *********************, informed me that the boiler was leaking everywhere and hard water was ruining my boiler. It would be too much to repair. A new boiler was needed. He also said that the current boiler model from Navien NCB 180 was recalled 3 times (this was not true).I asked to check about the warranty, since the boiler was only 7 years old (lifespan of the boiler is about 20 years). He informed me that he checked with ****** and that my boiler was NOT UNDER WARRANTY.Upon pressure from the technician, I agreed to receive a new boiler, I was told I would have no heat or hot water very soon.The plumber, *********************, stated that he called Navien and the boiler WAS NOT under warranty. Plumber Company charged about $9,680 for the boiler replacement ( $10,080 entire bill - $400 toilet fix). Three men spent the better part of a day doing this project. Since I did not have the entire sum of money, the plumber took half of the total amount due and offered to help me get a credit card for to pay them $5000.I was pressured over a period of days for the new credit card number After payment, I felt that something was off.I called Navien directly and found out that NCB 180 was under warranty for 2 more years and had not been recalled. The plumber did call to get that warranty information, and was recorded saying that he would talk to me, but never did. ****** called ********************* to why he didn't tell me about the warranty ********************* (plumber) told ******** insisted on a new boiler even through it was under warranty. ****** said that they needed to see the old boiler for the warranty The plumber said "we dumped it and don't ask again".Upon further investigation, I discovered that a new boiler would have cost me $2,600 and $140 per hour for 1 man to install it in 3 hours. It took The Plumber Company the better part of a day with 3 men to finish the job. My numerous calls, text messages and email have not been answered. I feel the Plumber Company took advantage of me since am a 74 year old women living alone.

      The Plumbing Company installed a Navien water heater at my business in January 2022. Ever since it was installed, theres been an on-going error code and the unit is not working properly. They will not respond to any calls, messages or emails and I actually drove down to their address at ************ in ******** and they dont even exist! It was just an empty building.
