    This business threw away all of my items. Yesterday my friend was getting stuff out of our to close our contract with them. I had two large boxes filled with well over a couple hundred dollars worth of items along with a mini fridge, microwave and a few other items. This unit had all of my dorm room supplies and lots of memorabilia. My friend couldn't fit all the boxes in her car so she asked the worker if it's okay for her to pick it up the next day and he assured her that it was okay, as long as it's before 9pm the following day. She got there around noon (11/22/22) and found the entire unit cleared of items. She was able to find 5 of my items, but everything else was thrown away and gone for good. I not only want a refund foe the entire time having rhe unit because it was holding those items for me and without the items, it was a waste of money, but I want a refund of the estimated amount of merchandise of mine they just blatantly threw away.

    The customer was directed to leave the boxes near the side door she was using to load her care.  Instead she brought the boxes into our front office where the cleaning crew mistakenly thought it was garbage left by a customer.   As for the refrigerator, microwave, boxes, clothes, food, and storage bins your friend could not fit in her car, she asked if she could throw them in the dumpster which is not allowed for customer use.  I advised she could leave the items in the unit and we will auction them off as part of our standard process.
